Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Love it, fits perfectly
Very easy to put up. Look very nice. Had a little trouble figuring out how the handle went on. No picture or instruction on that. Once we figured it out, they went on very easy on two of the blinds but had to use a rubber mallet and hammer them on the other blinds. They would not budge after we got them started.
Blinds fit perfect. Like the ease of installing. No brackets to deal with.

I really like the shade. It really blocks out the light. I sent my measurements. It fits, but is a little tight. It crinkles in one corner so not a completely straight cut. But I'm still able to use the blind. I would recommend. Super easy to install. Just be careful with measurements.
This review is for the no-drill version. Just received and installed yesterday so I can't say how durable it will be but out of the box I'm very happy with it. I was a bit worried about sizing since it's so precise and I needed a custom size but I measured as exact as I could down to 1/16" and it was a perfect fit. I also didn't know what to expect as far as it being called "blackout" but it is pretty much exactly that. There is a tiny space on the sides that is required, otherwise you run the risk of it not fitting, but the material itself is pretty much light proof. I love how it raises and lowers just by grabbing the bottom and pushing it up or pulling it down gently (it comes with small handles you can attach or detach). This is much better than the old blinds I had which used the old fashioned string method. It's also very lightweight. Mounting was a breeze and took all of 1 minute. It took me longer to take the old blinds down because they were attached to brackets that were screwed in and installed by the previous owner, so I wasn't sure how to take those down. But once I got that taken care of, these literally took less than a minute to install. Shipping was very fast too. I think it shipped from China and arrived 3 days earlier than the earliest estimated date. Overall, great blinds and exactly what I needed. Installation is a piece of cake, the material blocks as much light as you would want, sizing was perfect, just make sure to provide the exact measurements of the inside of the window.
