We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, materials, functions, availability, and prices displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, material texture, and production batches. Minor differences in color, texture, stitching, finish, or workmanship that fall within reasonable manufacturing standards are not normally considered product defects.

3. Custom-Made Products

Most Boolegon products are custom-made according to the dimensions, colors, fabrics, mounting methods, control options, and other configurations selected by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order information before completing a purchase.

4. Measurements and Finished Product Dimensions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate window measurements and selecting the appropriate mounting method.

For inside-mount products, Boolegon may make necessary factory deductions based on the product structure and installation requirements. As a result, the finished product dimensions may be slightly different from the dimensions submitted with the order.

Customers who are uncertain about how to measure should review our measuring instructions or contact customer service before placing an order.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a request received within this period. However, because custom products may enter production quickly, approval depends on the actual production status of the order.

Once production has begun, a change or cancellation may be refused, limited, or subject to additional charges based on the production stage and costs already incurred.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable import duties, customs clearance charges, and taxes are included in the product price paid by the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and payment information.

If an order contains an obvious pricing error, technical error, payment irregularity, or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount actually paid.

7. Production and Shipping

Production times, shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy.

All production and delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of holidays, weather, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, carrier operations, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because our products are custom-made, they are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for reasons unrelated to product quality.

Customers may purchase the optional Measurement Protection Service together with an eligible product order.

All trademarks, brand names, product photographs, videos, website designs, written content, measuring guides, installation instructions, graphics, and other materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Boolegon.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, advertising services, shipping providers, and other service providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or acts of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

• Incorrect measurements or order information provided by the customer;
