Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Piece of cake to install. The handles snap on the front/ bottom like in the picture. No tool needed and no guide rail. Just put a little elbow into it and snap. I bought this because my little chicken livers like to look out of the storm door all day, but sometimes it’s too hot to have it open. Now they can sit there all day and night! It may help to know this: measure the exact width of the inside of your door/window frame. Then TELL THEM. And they take 1/8 inch off. That’s how it works. Look at the temp readout with and without the shade. BIG difference.
Was hesitant to order these blinds as they did not have many reviews but I’m glad I did! Quality is great, durable, does not feel cheap at all! Took less than a minute to install. Great blackout features that stops all sun from coming through. My measurements were perfect, I provided the exact size and the fit was exactly what I measured. The cordless feature is great and they stay down and flush with the bottom. 100 percent recommend!
It fits perfectly in our Laundry room Window that overlooks the front of the house facing the main cul-de-sac street. Now I can wash my clothes freely without worrying about any peeping Toms. Make sure to measure properly and make the width about 1/2 inch short so it can easily fit inside of the windows frame

Black out shades are so perfect for our windows and they block out the light. Love it.
We bought these custom shades for our cabin and we are very pleased with them. It took about two minutes to install. There was one tool which they supplied- very easy set up. You can pull them down or you can set them up to go from the bottom up. There is a little handle that allows you to easily pull them down and they send you two additional handles for each shade that you order. The color is true to what I expected. We have the off-white. The opposite side of the shade is white, which is great because it will reflect the sun. It offers great privacy on our windows. It doesn’t 100% block out the sun, but also we have stained glass which might be preventing it from closing up tiny little cracks which lets a tiny bit of sun in on either side of the shade. I think if we removed the stained glass, it will probably completely block out the sun. The feel durable. They look expensive and custom, and we are so pleased with this product. We plan to buy more for all of the windows in our house. This product was an excellent value for the money. You do have to wait about three weeks, or at least we did, but we live in a forest and mail is kind of slow in general. However, that’s not a long time to wait for something that’s custom fit. My mother-in-law plans to buy them for her house too.
